Your baby is growing
At about 15.7 inches in length, your bundle of joy now weighs around 3 pounds. A little over half a litre of amniotic fluid surrounds the baby, but as she grows bigger, this volume will reduce. Baby’s vision continues to improve. Though, even post the birth, the baby can identify objects which are only a few inches away from her, her eyesight will keep improving she grows.
Your life at 30 weeks
It is absolutely reasonable to feel a little more tired than usual as you enter the30th week especially if you face problems catching up with sleep. As the baby is growing, you will feel a bit heavier and the balance of your body changing a bit as the belly grows bigger. The hormonal changes tend to make the joints a bit looser than normal as the ligaments become more lax. You may want to look for a bigger size shoe as your feet size will increase a bit. And don’t you worry about the ‘return of mood swings’. It is normal. You might be amongst the few to get nervous or bouts of depression. Do let your near ones know about it.
