DISCOVER YOUR TRUE AGE

WHAT IS BIOLOGICAL AGE & WHY DOES IT MATTER?

All of us have two types of ages. The first is our Chronological Age or Calendar Age, which is the age known to everyone. It’s the age on your passport, your driving license or the number of candles on your birthday cake.

The second, and more important age is the Biological Age or True Age, which is the age of all the cells, organs and tissues that make up your body. We often see people who appear much younger than they really are. They are extremely fit and active even at an advanced age and seem to outlive most of their friends and family. This is because for these people their Biological Age is lower than their Chronological Age.

Conversely, we also see people who look far older than they really are. Their faces are wrinkled, they seem fragile and are more prone to catching infections. These are the people whose biological clock has moved faster than their chronological one.

Biological Age is deeply tied to your long-term health and is the #1 risk factor for many chronic diseases. Many diseases occur at higher rates when you get older, because as you age, more and more of your cells aren’t functioning the way they should.

A higher Biological Age is corelated with a higher risk of developing age-related diseases (like Alzheimer’s Disease and Cancers) and a lower Biological Age is correlated with reduced risk of disease, and a longer life span.

WHAT ARE THE SIGNS OF AGEING

As we get older, we typically experience signs of ageing, such as:

  • Reduced metabolism & digestion

  • Reduced muscle mass

  • Reduced eyesight

  • Reduced hearing

  • Reduced stamina & strength

  • Hair thinning

  • Wrinkles, sagging skin

  • Dementia (forgetfulness)

Therefore, as we age, we may suddenly find that even trivial tasks have now become increasingly difficult to perform.

There is nobody on this planet who does not want to delay the signs of ageing. This can be easily achieved by reduction of the biological age. We can say with certainty that reduction in biological age results in delaying the signs of ageing. The first step in reduction of biological age is the to measure it!

WHAT CAN BE MEASURED, CAN BE IMPROVED!

Therefore, it is suggested that you first measure your biological age before you try an intervention to attempt to reduce it.

There are many parameters which affect the biological age and it is crucial that they are measured accurately before any steps are taken to improve them.

ReeLabs offers the most comprehensive, quantifiable protocol to measure all parameters related to ageing.

It is recommended that anyone over the age of 50 undergo these tests.

There are various disorders associated with old age. Some chronic ailments occur even at a younger age but affect the overall health. In such cases, it is imperative that the correct biological age is determined immediately to arrive at a base value of the health of the body.

The good news is that your Biological Age can be slowed and even reversed! However, it is important to first find out your present status with respect to all these conditions before embarking on any intervention program. Furthermore, you can use our reports to show the effectiveness of the intervention and even track changes over time.

SIMPLE COLLECTION PROCEDURE

The entire procedure is extremely simple. On a scheduled day and time, our paramedic will reach your venue with the collection kit. After the sample is collected, it will be registered and shipped to the lab.

Once your sample arrives at the lab, you can expect your report back within 2-3 weeks.

All samples are tested at a US based lab which is CLIA certified, and HIPAA compliant.
